Cindy
Cindy

Cindy began her dance journey at the age of 3 at Carousel of Dance in Illinois, where she trained and performed through the age of 20. Her passion for teaching sparked early—she became a teacher's assistant at 13 and was leading her own classes by 16, teaching students of all ages and styles for four years.

After moving to Colorado Springs, Cindy continued her dance career at the Barbara Ellis Studio of Dance, where she taught for 9 years and further refined her teaching philosophy. In 2000, she and her family moved to Gleneagle, where she fulfilled her dream of opening her own studio—Cindy's Dance Factory.

With 40 years of teaching experience, Cindy is dedicated to offering high-quality, fun, and challenging instruction to dancers of all ages and levels. Cindy has had the privilege of receiving several choreography awards at numerous competitions. Her mission is to create a supportive space where students can learn, grow, and feel proud of their progress—whether they're dancing for fun or competing on stage. She also provides her teachers the opportunity to have continuing education through workshops and dance teacher conventions. Cindy's greatest joy is seeing dancers gain confidence, discover their passion, and experience the joy that dance can bring.

  Becca
Becca

Becca has been surrounded by dance her entire life, having been born into a dance-loving family. Her formal training began at the age of 3, and she became one of the original students at Cindy's Dance Factory when it first opened. From ages 7 through 20, she had the honor of performing, competing, and being invited to dance on regional and national stages. That same passion led her to the Disney College Program, where she gained valuable professional experience in the entertainment industry.

Cindy's Dance Factory has been her second home for the past 25 years, and has proudly been a teacher here for the last 13. In addition to teaching a wide range of dance styles, levels, and techniques, she serves as CDF's Lead Dance Teacher and Competition Team Director. She has had the privilege of choreographing and leading award-winning routines, and received several choreography awards over the years.

To Becca, dance is more than just movement —it's a language of expression, growth, and connection. Her goal is to provide dancers with a supportive and creative environment where they can explore their artistry, build confidence, strengthen technique, and develop a deep love for dance. She wants every dancer in her class to not only learn but also have fun while performing and connecting to the art form. Becca believes in continuing to grow alongside her students and is constantly inspired by their dedication and creativity.

  Niccolo
Niccolo

Niccolo discovered his passion for dance at the age of 14, inspired by the energy and creativity of B-Boys and breakdancing. By 16, he began formal training at Attitude's Dance Studio, where he expanded his skills across various dance styles—but breakdancing quickly became his favorite.

Nic has competed in two Rockers Rumble battles in Boulder and trained under Data of the Soul Mechanics Krew, further developing his technique and style within the breakdance community.

Now, as a teacher, Niccolo brings that same passion to the studio. He loves sharing the art of breakdancing with students of all ages and strives to make every dancer feel like a superhero on the floor. His classes are high-energy, confidence-building, and focused on self-expression, strength, and fun.

  Avery
Photo Coming Soon My name is Avery! I have been dancing at Cindy's Dance Factory since I was 11 years old. I was inspired to start dance by my best friend and Mrs Cindy. I have so much love and compassion for dance. I've learned Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary. I got the pleasure of being on my high school dance team in my freshman and sophomore year. I continued my journey for dance by starting to assistant teach at the age of 16 and learning more about how to teach others. At 18 I became a teacher at Cindy's Dance Factory. I get the pleasure of teaching others how to love dance just as much as I do. I enjoy teaching all ages and helping them grow in their journey.
