Philosophy

• Cindy's Dance Factory wants to concentrate more on fun in learning and technique and less on costuming and the performance. May performances are an opportunity to show parents, family and friends how much we have learned through the year.
• Cindy's Dance Factory wants everyone involved to be proud of the students. The emphasis is on progress, not on perfection.
• Cindy's Dance Factory will concentrate on building confidence in students while gaining balance, coordination, and more flexibility.
• Cindy's Dance Factory's students will have fun while learning about dance and good dance technique.
• Cindy's Dance Factory believes that great attendance and proper dance attire are crucial for the best learning experience. Dance attire for young students includes a leotard, tights, shoes (pink ballet, black jazz, black tap), and hair back, off the face. No sloppy, baggy clothes please.
• Cindy's Dance Factory allows one make-up lesson per month to be arranged with Cindy if a dancer must miss a class.
